Our favorite thing to do after a long day of touring was to sit in a piazza and relax with a cold drink and let the children run and play and watch the street performers. We have rented an apartment in Italy and Paris. It is the best way to stay! Thanks!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3562994582389031844.post-54910593248648681132012-02-24T04:18:58.991-08:002012-02-24T04:18:58.991-08:00We are planning a visit to Roma this summer. The kids and I love the space and nothing beats to having breakfast in your PJ's..:DMayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03826146559052396323noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3562994582389031844.post-59038556676854829092012-02-21T04:51:56.151-08:002012-02-21T04:51:56.151-08:00Oh what a great post! They sound so friendly!Krishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01405487595346159775noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3562994582389031844.post-75355811810405368562012-02-20T10:58:59.618-08:002012-02-20T10:58:59.618-08:00Loved this post - short & sweet but full of to...Loved this post - short & sweet but full of tons of useful info. The suggestion of a driver/tour guide is a good one that I will tuck away. I'm sure it was pricey but as you said, it saves time and kid energy! We loved Rome on our visit there as a newly married couple. Can't wait to share the charms of Italy with our daughter - especially since there is such a family friendly culture. Enjoy Austria! I've never been and look forward to your post about it...Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15875168464845334366noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3562994582389031844.post-89515027598874726882012-02-09T23:49:21.738-08:002012-02-09T23:49:21.738-08:00Ooh, have a great time in Austria!

Although people in Germany treated us very well, it was their version of warmth, which is so very different from Italians! Arriving there was like getting a huge hug, the whole time. People were SO warm and kind-- it was very therapeutic!<br />I love your suggestions, too. Getting an apartment is such a great idea, as well as a tour and a driver!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00747747919718890319noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3562994582389031844.post-69249909303608741212012-02-09T15:53:03.667-08:002012-02-09T15:53:03.667-08:00wow, what a wonderful trip it looks/sounds like!!
